Our Policies

Cancellations

Because of our small size, cancellations and no-shows affect us significantly. For this reason, we request a $30 non-refundable deposit/per room to reserve your stay.

No Shows

If a guest does not arrive and honor their reservation, or contact us to cancel, they will be charged for the full amount of the stay.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time is 3:00 - 7:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM.

Please let us know if you plan to arrive earlier than 3:00 pm or after 7:00 pm and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Additional Guests

Our rates are based on double occupancy per night. The charge for an extra person is $30 per night.

Children

We absolutely welcome children and we ask that guests with children be considerate to others who may be staying at The Celibeth House.

Smoking

We are a completely NON-SMOKING home. If evidence of smoking is found in your room, cleaning charges of $300 will be billed to your credit card.

Parking

Parking is typically arranged to one parking space per room. For additional parking accommodations please let us know in advance.

Breakfast

You will be served a hot, homemade breakfast each morning. We can be flexible on time although we are not able to serve later than 8:30 am on Sundays.

This is our home and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We are not responsible for accidents or injury, damages to personal property or vehicles, or for the loss of money or valuables of any kind.
